Alexis René Glabach (born November 23, 1996) is an American model, internet celebrity and entrepreneur. She is Maxim’s cover girl for the August 2017 issue and has over 10 million followers on Instagram.
She is home-schooled and the third oldest of five siblings. She is of Russian and German descents.
Ren grew up in Santa Monica. She discussed her eating disorder, saying she was in “a toxic state of mind”. Her mother, a health nutritionist expert, died in 2014 due to breast cancer. Commenting on how slut-shaming is still existing, Ren said “If a woman likes to post about her body, that doesn’t make her a slut, desperate, or dumb.” She launched an activewear line called Ren Active. In 2017, Ren size-shamed her then-partner Jay Alvarrez. She appeared as the cover girl on Maxim for August 2017.
